The women of The View (or as Sir Toddy English refers to them, Ms. Havisham and the Harpies) came out loud and strong against Pope Benedict XVI's recent comments on same sex marriage, which he decried as a threat to humanity's existence.
Whoopie and Joy Behar provide the usual sane logic, but the biggest "oh snap" moment came when Elizabeth Hasselbeck defended gay marriage, saying "Gay marriage doesn't affect my marriage. For people to actually say that gay marriage is harming marriage and the idea of marriage is inhumane."
