I was thinking about this when I firs...Great entry! I was thinking about this when I first read Fantasia's comments. I feel the same way you do. I think her comment was taken out of context, but who really knows? I just know if ever Erykah Badu were to say something that would slightly be homophobic, I'd be crushed; however, coming up in a community of poets, I learned that it is ok to respect or love someone's work, but you don't necessarily have to like the creator.<br /><br />I joined the Fantasia pity party a long time ago, so I'm not so inclined to just wipe her music off Google Play Music, but if it comes to a point of just blatant disrespect, I may have to reconsider, all while keeping in mind that I can like the music, but not the person.
